Makes: 2 servings
Time: 15 Minutes
Simple, quick, and easy to make.
500 ml red beer
1 cup brown sugar
1 salmon fillet
In a saucepan, add 500 ml of beer and 1 cup of brown sugar (medium heat)
Heat until reduced to 2/3
Cover bottom of metal plate with aluminum foil
Lay salmon fillet
Add beer caramel
Broil 5-6 minutes
Baste once or twice during cooking time
Serve on lettuce of your choice
As shown : Quinoa, kale, feta cheese, red grapes, olive oil
Salt and pepper according to taste
