1 whole chicken

Avocado oil

Salt

Pepper

Piri Piri

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Or, preheat the oven to 195°C on the Quarter Steam + Heat function.

Coat the chicken in avocado oil and season with salt, pepper and piri piri.

Put the chicken breast side down and roast for 25 minutes. Flip the chicken and finish breast side up for 40 minutes.

Once complete, let sit for 5 minutes while covered with in foil.
