Ingredients
1 pkg (45 g) Poutine Gravy Mix
2 tsps (10 ml) Montreal Steak Spice Seasoning
1 pkg (650 g) French fries
1 cup (250 ml) cheese curds
1/3 cup (75 ml) Ranch dressing
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
Prepare gravy as directed on package; whisk in seasoning and keep warm.
Cook French fries according to package directions; transfer to serving bowls. Top French fries with cheese curds; spoon gravy on top. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with bacon and green onions.
