Having good food ready to go makes it much easier to eat better! Mason jars layered with superfoods store well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Makes: 6 jar servings || Takes: 15 Minutes
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and Pepper
Mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper and pour into the bottom of 6 jars. Layer vegetables into the jars and seal then refrigerate.
