Time: 5 mins
cherry juice: 100 cups
low-fat yogurt: 100 oz
oatmeal: 3 tbsp.
Peel the banana and cut into large pieces.
Finely blitz the banana with the juice and yogurt in a blender.
Add the oat flakes and serve well chilled.
