4 tenderloin steaks (2 inches thick)

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 tbsp of grapeseed oil

2 tbsp of butter

1 clove garlic, minced

1 red onion, chopped

8 mushrooms, sliced

8 cups baby kale[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]


Let meat rest on the counter for 20 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 4000 F, warm griddle over high heat and add oil and sear tenderloin on one side, flip once after 6 minutes and place in oven for 2-4 minutes to cook through.

Add oil to pan, brown butter and add garlic then add onion to brown over high heat for about 5 minutes. Turn heat to medium low, add mushrooms into onion for 1-2 minutes to warm through and then add kale
to warm through.
