Makes: 6-8 servings
Time: 5 Minutes
Bourbon and mango isn’t the most obvious flavour combo, but trust us: it’s super tasty.
1 banana (frozen)
Zest and juice of 2 limes
2 mangoes (fruit cut from the skin)
1/4 cup mint leaves
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ounces bourbon
In a blender, blend together all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until frozen solid.
