Gooey-melted chocolate and crunchy pecans all in this mouth-watering cobbler.
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted, plus more for pan
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted
1 (10-oz.) package bittersweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. cocoa powder
4 large eggs
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
Year-Round Cobbler Crust
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly butter an 8-by-8-inch baking pan.
Stir together butter, pecans, chocolate chips corn syrup, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla and salt in a bowl; transfer to prepared pan. Sprinkle with Year-Round Cobbler Crust.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
