Ingredients

4 pieces beef short ribs

1 cup beef broth

½ cup sherry

4 tablespoons Worcestershire

2 tomatoes

4 tablespoons brown sugar

4 cloves garlic

Salt and pepper

Olive oil

Taco shells (hard or soft)

Cabbage blend

Sour cream

Instructions

Heat the oven to 185.

Or, preheat the oven to 165°C on the Quarter Steam + Heat function. Place in the oven and cook for 3 hours.

Season the beef with salt and pepper, sear in a hot pan and place in Pyrex oven dish. Add beef broth, sherry, Worcestershire, tomatoes, brown sugar, garlic and olive oil. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 4 hours. Pull beef out, flip and finish for 4 more hours.

In a bowl, mix the cabbage blend with sour cream and a touch of hot sauce.
